Description: This is a beautiful fashion hat for Vintage Cissy (20). The hat is veiled Cocktail/Fascinator with pink silk Roses and a cap foundation. Decorated with netting, a black velvet bow, and sprinkled with rhinestone accents. I used black Bird cage veiling. Held in place with a hat pin. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand. I have a 30+ year archive of Millinery supplies to pull from. All from my smoke free home.
