Description: This item is brand new, never worn, without tags. Item still has the straps folded, and wrapped up. Item has been inspected for any major flaws. Elastic cord on the front side has a very small nick. Very hard to notice. Plastic lock on the elastic cord seems to have a couple scratches. I do not think it is cracked because I can not feel any grooves, but stating what I see. The back of the bag as a line that came that way. Probably a manufacture defect.
