Description: I do a lot of estate sales, yard sales, thrift stores, picking and just general antique/vintage hunting and This is one of the coolest things I’ve ever found. The plate itself is nice with great age, but what’s on the bottom just makes this a one of a kind. Some time ago, someone wrote on the bottom, “This belonged to Papa (Crocket) & our mother before I was born. 1904” and then it’s signed and I think it’s “Ada” but I’m not certain. It measures approximately 11 5/8” x 7 5/8” and shows the normal age. It has a crack in it but it seems to have cracked during firing. The crack is under the glaze. Also, it’s not absolutely flat, it’s slightly centered so it has a little wobble.
