The V-21-N makers mark on these large (full size 2.75" wings) specifically dates these to the 1960's or early 1970's. They're also marked 1/20 10k Gold Filled further dating them to this pre 1974 period. They're beyond rare, and were the first generation of astronaut wing for Naval Aviators. There were only a small handful of Navy/USMC astronauts in the 1960's - among them was John Glenn and R. Walter Cunningham.
