Up for auction is a vintage Francesco Moser GIRO Road Bike frame, probably from the mid to late 1980s. I don't know the exact year of production, this is just an estimate of the period. The paint is known as "retinato" and original. The frame is used with only minor signs of use. Definitely low milage. There are only smaller paint imperfections like smaller scratches and marks. One imperfection is on the right side of the steertube, where the pre-owner touched up a small paint chip. No oxidation, excellent chrome. Overall I would say that the frame is in very good condition with only minor signs of use. Please see pics. The frame is made from Mannesmann Oria tubing. Measurements: The frame is marked "8R59A" on the bb shell. I measure approximately 58.5cm tall (center - center seattube), 59.5cm tall (center - top seattube). The length of the top tube is approximately 57.5cm (c-c). Rear spacing is 126mm. 70mm bottom bracket lug.
