Description: This is a brand new Victor JourneyMan 450 Torch Kit, model 0384-0838 (540/300 Outfit). These are used for cutting and welding, according to the manufacturer's website the unit is capable of cutting up to 3/4" and welding up to 1/2" with the standard tips included. With optional tips (not included) it can cut up to 8" and weld 3".The outer box is very distressed, a lot of wear and tape on it but main storage tray inside the box appears OK.All components are in very condition, components do not appear to be used. There are some dings/scratches on the components due to moving around and rubbing during storage/transportation. Some of the cases for the tips are cracked, I wrapped them in bubble-wrap for shipping.
