The company was founded in Birmingham England by William Hutton in 1899 but it wasn't until 1870 that the company name was changed to reflect the sons joining the firm after the death of William Hutton. The teapot features a very rare style, with the burner being attached to the base. The rim of the teapot features a band of Egyptian women and the handle is stationary. There are two keys of different sizes which look to original. One key locks the front and the second key locks the back and they are not interchangeable. Condition: The tilting teapot is in good condition as shown in the pictures. There are no monograms and the design is unique. There are no visible repairs and the silver plate is shiny and bright. The inside of the teapot is clean and usable. Size: The teapot stands 10.25 inches tall and measures 7.5 inches wide at the widest point. Shipping: We gladly combine shipping whenever possible.
