Description: Estate Find Marquetry Nesting Tables David Zork Chicago We offer an antique set of three nesting tables with floral marquetry inlaid tops crafted by David Zork of Chicago, Illinois, circa 1930. Zork Manufacturing Company, active from 1914 to 1957, manufactured antique inspired furniture reproductions. The showroom catered to the wealthy families of Chicago and provided high quality antique furnishings alongside their reproductions.Each rectangular table features a scalloped and beveled edge of mixed woods including walnut and mahogany with an inlaid border and stylized marquetry flowers carefully spaced on the central ground. Each table top is set on a recessed scalloped apron supported by four pad footed cabriole legs with carved knees.The outer table measures 21" in width, 14" in depth and 25 1/4" in height.The middle table measures 17 1/2" in width, 13 3/4" in depth, and 24 1/2" in height .The smaller table measures 13 3/4" in width, 13 3/4" in depth, and 23 1/2" in height.As seen in the photographs, the tables are in good condition appropriate for age. The tables are available for local pickup and assistance will be provided for buyer's choice of shipper.
