It is made from a white organdy material that is printed with translucent floral medallions in an off-white color. The short sleeves are puffy. The neckline features a Peter Pan collar with a blue velvet ribbon under the chin. There is a side seam opening with metal snaps. This dress is in good condition considering its age, however There is some minor tearing to the fabric at the center front, right above the waistline. It is sold AS IS.
