LONG SILK BELTING IS IN THE REAR AND CAN BE WOVEN THROUGH SIDE HOLES, PICTURED TIES FLAT AGAINST THE REAR. NO LABEL AS TO THE MAKER. IT IS SEWN BY MACHINE WITH FINE HAND FINISHING. CONDITION: THE RUFFLES ARE A MORE MODERN ADDITION BUT I HAVE LEFT THEM AS THEY ARE WELL DONE. THE FABRIC OF THE RUFFLES IS A POLY/ORGANZA AND CAN EASILY BE REMOVED BY UNDOING THE HAND STITCHING, IF DESIRED.
