Description: This listing is for a vintage metal Chanukah Menorah from Israel with a Jewish soldier from the Haganah or Israel Defense Forces holding a rifle and a flag upon which are the 8 candle holders and shamash on the flag pole. A copy of this menorah is in the Jewish Museum in New York. This menorah is in wonderful vintage condition and has been well cared for in the past. It measures 6 5/8" tall x 4 1/4" across at the flag. The base measures 4" x 2 1/8". The candle holders use smaller candles than normal if you would want to use this but it appears to have never been used before as there is zero signs of candle wax. Across the flag it says Chanukah in Hebrew and at the bottom it says "Israel" in Hebrew". On the back of the flag it is marked "MADE IN ISRAEL PAT. No. 1064".
