Description: Set of 2 vintage 1950’s Japan Ceramic Tilso Candle Hugger Christmas Angels FigurinesCandles are white and gold painted made from wood with appearance of drip candles (some paint and drips are off). One huggers/climber angels may have had their wings glued (there is discoloration but not sure if this is actual glue), this is the same angel that appears to have some speckles on it (pictures show this). The candle holds have the foil tag Tilso and Japan and one has visiblity of some gold paint off. Some crackling/crazing due to age. Bottom of both 53/38. Original tags. 10-1/2” high.
