Description: Vintage 1950's Mar-Crest Stoneware Daisy Dot Cookie Jar & Lid USA I wonder how many people look at this cookie jar and say: "My grandmother had that!". Yep. Me, too. And the memory that immediately cones to mind is Molasses Cookies. It does have a flea bite on the lid ~ showed it in the pictures. This line of stoneware is hard to photograph because it is glossy/highly reflective. Also, hard to see, but it is slightly larger at the bottom than the top.
