Description: Vintage 1950s Morris Harvey College Varsity Jacket Bomber Brown Gold Bob Patch This vintage varsity jacket is a great statement piece or a fun way to represent your college. It is sold as is; it is still wearable, but has significant wear from age. Most notably, there is discoloration and staining throughout the jacket. This is most noticeable on the gold sections, especially the sleeves, although it is throughout. There are some tears in the elastic cuffs, waistband, and collar. These do not impact wearability. The bottom left zipper is not connected to the jacket for roughly 2 inches (see photo), however, the zipper is still in working condition. Thus, the jacket can be fully zipped. There is a gold Talon zipper pull. As shown in the photos, both pockets/pocket linings are in good condition with no rips. The front chest features "Bob" in gold and maroon on a patch. The other chest has the Morris Harvey College logo in white and maroon. This college was renamed to the University of Charleston in 1978. This patch has definite wear from age, but is still overall intact and is readable. The inner shoulder lining has a small tear below a section of the elastic collar that also has a rip.
