It does not have a date, but I think this was made in the late 1960's or early 1970's - give or take. I remember Hai Karate men's cologne and after shave, but I never knew they made shaving cream. The can and cap combine to 5 inches tall. Except for NOT DISPENSING, the condition is GOOD. It has a little paint wear and a few scattered rust specks here & there - especially around the base.
