Description: Stunning, classic Girard-Perregaux Gyromatic automatic Swiss wristwatch! This vintage Girard-Perregaux Gyromatic is in excellent overall condition for its age, showing normal wear. There is a small ding near the 9:00 mark that can be seen in the photos. Otherwise, the 20 micron gold plated case shows very well and shines nicely. Case markings can be seen between the bottom lugs and the screw-on stainless steel caseback is marked by Girard-Perregaux. The GP signed crown works very smoothly. The 17 jewel automatic-winding Swiss movement has been serviced around mid-2024 and runs very well. It appears to keep good time, especially for a watch of its age.
