Description: Beautiful vintage handmade Navajo Rug, 58"x43.5"My parents purchased this rug in 1968 when they were moving from California to the east coast. They purchased this beautiful handiwork in Arizona at either the Cameron Trading Post or a nearby hotel gift shop. The original tag is still on the rug, showing that the weaver was Jean Mann, an experienced Native American woman who retired from weaving in the 70s. I recently had this rug appraised by a Tucson-based Navajo Rug appraiser, so it is priced accordingly.
