Vintage 1969 Fender Telecaster Olympic White Maple Neck w/Hardshell Case

Description: I have for sale a vintage 1969 Fender Telecaster in Olympic white, with maple neck and period correct hardshell case. A few things to note about this guitar: the body has a lot of finish checking on all sides, it has a brass nut, the back of the neck looks like it was re-finished (too clean, IMO) & the frets were probably replaced (no string marks). I've provided images of various components (neck pocket, neck end, pots, switch, pickups, etc) so you can research if they are period correct. There are finish checks around the neck pocket but they are not cracks into the body. It's been sitting in my closet for over 20 years, so the pots were a little scratchy when I plugged it in, but they cleared as I used them. The guitar weighs 8.5 lbs. The case is period correct but not original to this guitar (it came in an early 60's blonde tolex case that I replaced 25 years ago). The tuners as well are vintage, but not original to the guitar (see the extra screw holes on back of headstock). Please, check the images before you buy. I want you to be happy with the purchase, so I've provided lots of them. Before I took it apart for the images it was set up to Fender specs for neck tension, pickup heights, action, etc. They may have been changed in disassembly so it may need tune-up.Email me if you have any questions.
