Our nicely loaded, later issue version includes a vintage Action Man Adventurer plus the green and white sled and the rare Polar map and silver map case that were sold separately as carded accessories. A genuine, vintage Polar Explorer Expedition Leaflet is included with the set, a highly entertaining and informative read. Our nicely loaded, later issue version includes a vintage Action Man Adventurer plus the green and white sled and the rare Polar map and silver map case that were sold separately as carded accessories. A genuine, vintage Polar Explorer Expedition Leaflet is included with the set, a highly entertaining and informative read. The condition of the individual accessories is: Vintage 1976 Action Man Adventurer with original flocked hair and repro gripping hands has the 1964 Palitoy stamp on his back. Minimal overall surface wear. Original flocked hair is thick and bright with slight hair loss under chin. Bright face paint with light eye brow rubs. He holds a comfortable pose. A stress crack on each thigh is the main note. Red Parka (Action Man calls it an anorak) with a late issue nylon Union Jack affixed on the front. Nylon tagged Action Man by Palitoy Made in Hong Kong. It is amazingly pristine with gusset strap present with single snap in good working order. No visible play wear and super clean faux fur trim. A real treat. Late issue Blue Overtrousers with white elastic suspenders are clean with minimal, if any, play wear. Elastic suspender style straps are in perfect working order. No rips, holes, or fading. Black knitted Jersey is nylon tagged Palitoy Action Man Made in Hong Kong is clean and intact with no issues noted. White Waffle Boots are super clean and intact with no stains, holes or splits noted. Teal Goggles with late issue rubber strap shows signs of light playwear and the typical, fine, age related stress lines. A tidy repaired crack on the right side of the goggle face is hard to see but noted anyway. Tan Gloves are clean and intact with no issues noted. Grey Rucksack with black straps is in very good condition with light play wear, most notably on the strap end. Late issue red Skis and matching poles with round tips are clean and intact with a tidy repair noted near the basket on one pole. Otherwise, very light play wear. Skis are stamped Hasbro ® Hong Kong. Poles are stamped Hasbro ®. Sextant is clean and intact with minimal play wear. No melt marks, cracks or other issues noted. Rare Polar map is brightly colored, super clean and intact with absolutely minimal play wear. Silver map case with Hasbro r stamp is super clean with clearly stenciled letters and only minimal, if any, play wear. Lovely long length of brightly colored vintage yellow rope is clean and intact with light play wear. Green and white plastic oval Supplies Sled (Brits call it a sledge) with original rope fastening is stamped Hasbro ® Hong Kong. Super clean and brightly colored with very light melt marks and play wear. Polar Explorer Leaflet is clean with light playwear. No writing/kiddie graffiti noted.
