This was from a time when microwaves were first released to the public for home use. There's even a cardboard card in the back that lists defrost times. Nicely illustrated. Book has overall dirt from being stored in a kitchen. It's mainly on the outside edges with a little grease spotting. Some dust around the spiral binding.
