Description: This listing is for a vintage MEGO Planet of the Apes ASTRONAUT figure from 1974. This figure has the type 1 body type with the metal joints, a faded jumpsuit, original boots, and includes the original helmet. The post-connected joints are tight, but the internal arm and leg connections are very loose (very hard to get it to stand and then it only stands for a little bit before falling); there is a mark on the back of the hair (maybe from the helmet; the helmet is missing the string.
