The playset was played with and then stored for over 40 years. The case shows some minor damage of the vinyl seams (splitting in a couple places) and one rivet is broken which hinders the tight closing of the case. See photos for condition and description of the case. The plastic assessories are all in good condition See photos. The cardboard city scene has split along the seams and I have taped.it. The snaps attach the scene to the case.
