The colors on the cardboard pieces are bright, there are a few scratches on the back and the edges near the bones that hold it closed are a bit frayed. The plastic parts colors have slightly yellowed with age and there are a few rub marks here or there. The litho stickers are mostly in good condition, but some are scratched. The cardboard yard is a bit bowed. The glue at the base of the white bone shaped slide has yellowed. This is NOT a complete playset. The elevator works. Accessories included and 2 pieces of the pink bunk bed and the chaise chair. The accessories are in Good Condition with a few tiny stray marks here or there.
