The front of the dress a mini length full cut fit n flare mini dress that features a beautiful strapless boned bodice with a sweetheart neckline, light padding, and a stretch underlayer with an attached tulle crinoline to make it stand out. It has the most incredible full flowing hi-low skirt that from the back looks like a true floor length ball gown. And it has Hip pockets!
