The shovel was used at a ceremony to start construction on a new Abbott's milk dairy plant building being built by the Gill construction company. The 36" long shovel is marked and professionally handpainted hand painted "Presented To Abbotts Dairies...By...Wm. H. Gill, Jr., Inc.". Wm. H. Gill, Jr., Inc. was a building construction company located in Lansdowne and Primos, Pennsylvania. The chromed (chrome head and handle area) shiny metal and wood shovel is stamped "True Temper, Heat Treated, 2 Light Weight". The shovel displays beautifully and is in overall very good to excellent complete condition with minor storage wear as pictured. It needs a good cleaning/polishing. The shovel is sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. $25.00 USPS or FedEx postage.
