Description: Vintage American Lock padlocks, model #802, T800 series. These vintage locks date from the late 1970's or early 1980's and have not been made since. They are brand new and have never been used. These locks are keyed alike (all take the same key). The solid brass bodies have a nice patina which is reflective of their age. They do not come in a box (they were sent from the factory wrapped in tissue paper instead of a individual box.) These locks have a solid brass body and a pick-resistant 7 pin tumbler key cylinder which provides over 50,000 key changes and meets National Automotive Merchandising Association (NAMA) standards. The dimensions of these locks match those of the current production American Lock padlock model #A7262. 2" wide solid brass body, 3/8" thick hardened steel shackle, 3 " high shackle clearance. Like all American padlocks, the shackle is locked by dual ball bearings which resist pulling and prying. This is a great opportunity to add some great locks to your collection or you can put the locks to use securing your property.
