It has some hallmarks on the ring at the top that I cannot make out - see photos. The front translates to We Love You in Bulgarian on Google translate. It measures approx ⅞ inch tall and 11/16 inch across. It has lots of wear - missing enamel and a bend (most noticeable on the back) - please check all of the photos for condition.
