The lock work very well and the brass finger pull latch also works well.The bass knob in the front is supposed to lock the finger pull but doesn't stay in place. It's 5 1/2 Inches wide, 3 1/2 inches high, 7/8 inches thick.Weighs 2 1/4 pounds
