It looks to depict buildings including a The painting is painted in an Expressionist style (see photos). The painting is signed by the artist: Blanche Albert and it is dated for 1965 (see photos). I think the artist may be Blanche W Albert of Chicago, Illinois (research artist to determine if this is the artist of the painting). The item is from an estate liquidation. The painting is framed in a wood picture frame. The item framed measures about 14+ inches high and it is about 18+ inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 12 inches high and it is about 16 inches wide. The picture frame has some scuffs, some loss and some wear (see photos). The painting has some varnish discoloration and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
