Description: Vintage, unique, and hard to find cast steel tool by "BELL SYSTEM" that was used to assist with pulling and connecting telephone lines. The tool measures about 12" in length and about 4" wide. It has four hook points and a handle that has a hole through each side and another hole on the top (or bottom) that does not go through to the other side. The name "BELL SYSTEM" is cast into the shank. This lettering measures 2 1/4" by 1/4". There are also two small stampings of what might be a maker's marking? as shown in the last two pictures.
