Description: This is a vintage Brabantia bread box made in Belgium in the 1970s. It is a large, white metal rectangle with a roll-back lid and measures 17.5 inches in length, 10 inches in depth, and 7 inches in height. It weighs 3lbs 8oz and features the Brabantia brand name. This original bread bin is perfect for retro-style kitchens and is a great addition to any collection. This box was my family’s growing up, and is sentimental to me. But the wife said we had to make counter space for baby bottle gear, so I’m parting with it. It has a few nicks here and there and a little pink discoloration in a spot, but overall it’s in pretty good shape and still works great! I took a picture of the scuffs on the top. They could probably easily be fixed with a light coat of paint. Also, one of the handle clases broke at one point, so it’s actually glued on.
