Description: VINTAGE H.S. ANDY ANDERSON CARVED WOODED WESTERN CARICATURE COUPLE FIGURES LOT OF TWO. COWBOY MAN IS DEPICTED STANDING, WITH OVER-EXAGGERATED FEATURES, BOWL-LEGGED AND ROLLING TOBACCO. MEASURES APPROX 9 1/4" IN. HIGH X 2 3/4" IN. WIDE. WILL DISPLAY ALL OVER AND VARIOUS PAINT WEAR. THE HEAD INCLUDING NECK AS ONE PIECE WAS CARVED SEPARATE FROM THE BODY, AND, THE HEAD IS ABLE TO POSITION EITHER FACING STRAIGHT OR TURNED. A FREE STANDING FIGURE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO DISPLAY WITHOUT SOME SORT OF SUPPORT FOR SAFETY. THE FIGURE WAS ATTACHED ON A BASE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN SIGNED c.1940's.THE OLD WESTERN COW GAL WOMEN MEASURES APPROX 9" IN. HIGH X 2.5" IN. WIDE. THE BRIM OF HER COWBOY HAT ON THE RIGHT SIDE HAS DAMAGE, PLEASE NOTE: THE LARGE CHIP AND OR PIECE IS MISSING, HAS PAINT TO MATCH, GIVES MORE CHARACTER TO THE FIGURE AND BLENDS IN. FIGURE WILL DISPLAY ALL OVER AND VARIOUS PAINT WEAR JUST LIKE HER PARTNER THE COWPOKE. THE CARVING DEPICTS A OLD WESTERN WOMEN STANDING WEARING A OLD STYLE COWBOY HAT.
