Description: Vintage Carved Wood Room Divider Privacy Screen 4-Panel 71 x 80 Hi there Item is solid wood, heavy, and absolutely beautiful. True craftsmanship via solid wood. I am unaware of the kind of wood used. The divider does have a vintage wood scent. You will noticed some areas where it looks like an animal was using it as a scratching post. See pictures. Also two of top crowns are loose, meaning you can lift them upwards. Not sure if they can be removed fully. The divider has a small split on a horizontal panel about a half inch split. The divider has some minor dust within the carvings. Can be cleaned but necessary and could always use some wood oil. The hinges are brass with flat head screws. One of the top arms has a slight curve. However, nothing discouraging. Measures approximately 71” tall by 80” wide. Each pane is about 1” thick. This item is solid wood and heavy!
