Description: Pair of recessed brass trunk or box handles from an upstate New York estate.They may have come off of a boat.Overall width is 3 1/2", they are 2 1/2" tall.The bail handle fits into a recess that is a touch over 3".One bail is a little big for the recess, so needs to be filed down a bit to fit inside the recess.
