The adorable little from seems to sit on a green leafy area with a tulip shaped flower behind him. It measures just over 2 1/2" tall and 2 1/2" wide. The opening of the flower is 2 1/4" to the flower's rim edge, with the interior opening about 1 1/2" in diameter. The material is lightweight and matte finish, seeming like bisque to me but could be matte porcelain. While I believe this is a toothpick holder, it could also be used as a mini planter. It does have some paint on the bottom that may have been meant to be a maker's mark that I can't make out. How cute will this little fella be when on display!
