Description: These gorgeous and festive vintage chandelier/Jumka earrings have three mini chandeliers on each earring. The beautiful orange /pink of the red coral pearls is vibrant against the dark gold tone setting. These clip-on earrings were my mother’s and I believe they showed up in her arsenal of jewelry, like me, in 1968. They were purchased in San Francisco. Joseph or I. Magnins’ most likely, However they are Unmarked so…? CONDITION is Excellent. They look nearly new without missing balls or bent arms or flaking gold or musty smells. The clips are very good condition but might need some adjusting or tightening depending on one’s lobes.p I do not know if the red coral pearls are real and I’m not going to guess. I’m confident these are not of gold but a light weight metal or mixed metal. Online I see this style of earring attributed to nearly every county and culture there is - Spanish, Middle Eastern, Egyptian…I’m going with Indian (as in India) and they refer to this style as Jumka (or Jumki). I may be wrong so please no Jumka hate mail. Or Jumki for that matter. They are big and bodacious, attention grabbing beauties! So liven up your lobes! Great when featured wearing all black or with a colorful floral gown. Measurements - they are approximately 2 ¼” long by 2 ¼” wide.
