Description: Welcome! Up for your consideration is a rare vintage iron and cloth folding child booster seat. I was told this type of seat was used on the old horse drawn buggys or wagons back in the 1800's. This seat folds for easy storage. The cloth appears to be the original and is in very good condition but does have some areas of wear. What a wonderful old collectable! Description: Vintage iron and cloth child booster seat. There are two leather straps across the bottom. The leather is in fairly good condition with some cracking and drying out but is still very solid. Approximate measurements: The seat is 6 1/2" tall and is 10 3/4" x 9 1/4" wide when unfolded. When in the folded position it measures 11 3/4" long and 9 1/2" wide. Markings: None Condition: Good condition with some stains and discoloration on the fabric. The paint on the iron has some minor scratches. See description above for further info on the condition. Additional information: Keep in mind that when dealing with any vintage cast item that there may be casting flaws. I will declare all major casting flaws that I find.
