Still has a paper label—but no candy. Seems like 30s-40s. Approx 4 inches tall. Bottom part is clear, head is red and white plastic. There's some paper—maybe candy—still inside. We haven't popped off the head. Condition is very good used. Tag is yellow. Head is faded some.
