Description: Vintage Covered Soup Vegetable Dish Morning Glory Decal I found another piece of Pope Gosser China that had this decal, but I cannot determine if this is a Pope Gosser piece. Thrid party companies made decals for china pieces and many different companies used the same decal. This is not marked on the bottom, but does has a etching on both sides that reads Varnish or Varnigh. Below that to me it looks like a small letter "c". You can not see the etching unless you hold it in the right light. I have not been able to name the pattern. It has Morning Glory flowers with other colorful floral. It has a great amount of crazing and gold loss. The inside rim has a chip out of it. Not noticable with the cover on.
