Description: Way underpriced PL, Vintage brass or bronze compass with the addition of gumball brackets. It was mounted in the boat for many years just the way you see it. They must not have needed the other ball for tuning. The wood base will be removed before shipping. Obviously needs some cleaning, and could likely use a fluid topping off.
