Description: This is a hard to find vintage Dollhouse that's already assembled, The name of the dollhouse is called The Altamont by Real Good toys, it's a 1:12 scale and huge,it's attached to a turntable ,it has electricity, splice junction box ,leading wire, a DC power transformer that is from Creative reproduction to Scale, it powers led lights and can power over 100 lights .38 inches long,28 in depth without the steps,43 inches tall.I have the steps, it's 43 inches in depth when the steps that are on a separate piece of the turntable that can be glued on. The 3rd floor does not have the electricity working. All the house has copper tape and can be flipped and wallpapering, the electricity does work on the other floors and has some lights and sockets, the porch has coach lamps that works, I don't have the space for this house or I would keep her,400 dollars is a steal for this house,please don't send me offers,I will not go under 400 I spent way more than 400 on this house.pick up only .Have any more questions please email me.
