The number in the title is on the cast body there is also EMD 9571597 on the shiny wheel at the end and also MCGILL USA SK-13940. I was thinking that maybe this would make an interesting desk paperweight or whatever and then realized the central hole could house a clock! I know this is sacrilege to some but the diameter of the opening is exactly 2 1/4". VERY heavy. Happy to combine shipping and you will get a good deal, if you buy a few items using 'buy it now' add the items to your cart first and request a new total reflecting combined shipping.
