Description: Vintage Eterna-Matic Sahida Automatic Gold Plated Ladies Date Watch Please read before buying: This watch is running fine however does gain time. When tested over a 24 hour period it gained around 1 minute 30 seconds. About the watch & condition: Here we have a nice little ladies Eterna Matic watch with an automatic movement. It’s a great looking watch but would benefit from some TLC it clean it up a tad. More details below: I love the dial on this watch with the white inner bezel & the gold centre. Looks excellent and even better on the wrist. Soon as the crystal is polished up it will look even better and it’s a bonus that the date complication is quickset. The crystal has some light scratches and a mark around the 4 o’clock area. The scratches can be polished out however I’m not certain about the mark so please bear this in mind. The gold plated case suits the dial well however does have some signs of general wear as shown. With some TLC it could be cleaned up nicely with a fresh repaint to remove the discolouring. Without this though it still looks like a great little watch. It’s got its original branded crown which works perfectly however is slightly faded. This could easily be restored! It’s sat on a black leather strap which will fit a wrist of 6 1/2 inches or smaller. It matches well with the watch however does have some general wear as shown. It could easily be swapped out if you wanted to freshen it up! This is an automatic watch meaning it runs off the movement of your wrist. It can be manually wound too as all automatics can. The watch has a small power reserve however if left for a period of time it will have likely stopped. This is just for the watch, there’s no box or paperwork.
