Description: Vintage Etruscan revival sterling silver or coin silver cannetille ring adorned with an old Roman coin of Emperor Antonius Pius, most likely Caracalla or Elagabalus, who later took on the same name as Antonius. Hallmarks: Coin reads "Antonius Pius." Interior of band is stamped "8." Size: 5 Dimensions: Diameter 1 1/16" x Band Width 2.5 mm. Weight: 10.7 grams. Condition: Very good vintage condition with light wear and minor age related tarnish. Band has been sized or was intentionally left cut so it could be adjustable to a larger size. Piece is not hallmarked but metal has been examined and acid-tested positive for high content silver.
