Description: The hat is made by frederick fox who made hats for the queen of england to wear to formal events. It is an ivory color with a nice girly bow around it. When I first saw it I thought of high tea or the kentucky derby. Definitely a fashion piece for an event or party. There is a small blue pen mark on the brim by the bow. There is a brand / tag stitched inside. There is also a tag that says it is 100% straw and that it was made in england. Diameter for the head is 7" across. Brim is about 3". I can't find another one like it.
