Circa 1920s. Has wear and tarnish to the brass. The atomizer bulb has hardened and has a tear to the netting around it, typical of old rubber. The glass is in good condition. Measures approximately 3 1/4 inches wide including the atomizer bulb x 7 3/4 inches tall. This is vintage and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. AX
