I have not found any information on this designer, and the attention to detail is impressive. The necklace features a large faceted glass or crystal (unknown material) pendant with ornate rhinestone accents set in metal beads and rings. The large rhinestone egg shaped piece has an wonderfully elegant lattice design. A velour gift bag is included. The quarter in the image is for size reference and is not included.
