There is a total of 6 balls in the box. This box of ornaments was hand crafted in Germany. Distributed by Christmas by Krebs, Roswell, New Mexico 88202 USA. These ornaments have been used once and repackaged carefully. This is a non-smoking home. The story on the back of the Kreb box is as follows: During the sixteenth century, high in the mountains of the Thruinger Forest, artisan families created glass works by hand over an open flame. This concentration of expert glassblowers, glassmakers, painters and cutters established Lauscha as the “Birthplace” of ornamental glass. As part of the Krebs family, Krebs Glas Lauscha produces fine ornaments in the tradition of Germany’s last great folk art by blowing and molding glass into shapes, painting, hand-decorating them and placing a “Crown Cap” atop each ornament to assure you if a quality keepsake that can be displayed and treasured for many years to come.
