Contains a small amount (approximately 1/8 full) of blue powder. I'm unsure whether this is the original contents or not. Pre-owned condition. Shows some heavy signs of wear and corrosion. There are a number of scratches and dents on the surface. The bottom has some rust and a sticker label from an antique store that has been glued on. Please see photos for more details.
