The rope hanger is the wick for hanging. A fabulous rare and collectible vintage three denominational German hand made & colored detailed wax portrayal of a German pub scene with monks drinking beer, beer barrel, a German traveler, etc. The foil sticker on the back says Wachswarenfabrik Waldurn Baden Seite 1924. Gunter Kerzen is known for his intricate carvings of German eternity candles. Wax has some scuffs and indentation marks due to age on the frame and the paint is slightly worn which gives it an antiqued look, is heavy and solid. READ BELOW....
